It’s that time of year when all associates are invited to participate in the VNA Associate Satisfaction Survey. The path to success starts with a great place to work. Associate surveys are critical because associates have a huge impact on the bottom line. Satisfied, engaged associates will produce better customer service and patient satisfaction.

The survey can be accessed 24/7 during the dates of April 16 – 17, from any computer; home, office, friends’ house, library, etc.

How long will it take?

It’s Fast & Easy! The survey only takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely! Human Resources uses an independent research vendor, EXACT Recruiting. Our research vendor is the only one to see the raw data. They compile, and summarize the data into a report for the VP of HR and our CEO.

How will the results be used?

EXACT Recruiting creates the survey, provides an internet based link, compiles the data and delivers a report so that VNA Sr. Leaders can present the information back to all associates.

Can you tell who took the survey?

No. In fact, this year and based on past survey comments, HR has asked the vendor to delete questions asking about your role or where you work.

 

Our goal is to have 100% participation!

If we reach 80% participation, we will sponsor an

ice cream social in every location

so tell all your co-workers to participate and complete the survey.
