Treasure Coast - Indian River County

MEDICAL

Hospice Aide - Per Diem - The VNA of the Treasure Coast is seeking a Per Diem CNA/HHA to work under the supervision of an RN to assist in providing nursing care by performing simple, unskilled nursing tasks. CNA/HHA certificate demonstrating completion of a curriculum consistent with agency guidelines, and AHCA and Medicare regulations.

RN- The Visiting Nurse Associate of the Treasure Coast is seeking a full-time RN to perform home visits. Case management and home care experience a must. BSN preferred. The VNA offers competitive salary and excellent benefits. DFWP  

Occupational Therapist– The VNA in Vero Beach is seeking per-diem and full-time Occupational Therapist to perform home visits. Must have one year of experience. Must be registered in the state of Florida and a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy School. DFWP  

Physical Therapist - The VNA in Vero Beach is seeking full -time, part-time, and per-diem Physical Therapists to make home visits. Provide skilled physical therapy and health teaching to our patients and their caregivers.  Flexible schedule! Work only weekends, 16hrs, 24hrs, 32hrs, or 40hrs per week…it’s your choice! Chief Advancement Officer - The VNA & Hospice Foundation, Inc., in Vero Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced fund development professional. Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating a comprehensive fund development plan, including annual fund, major and planned gifts and special event, is essential. Will work closely with Board of Directors, volunteers and staff to cultivate and promote charitable giving. Must have strong leadership, communications, and strategic planning skills. Experience in public relations, community relations, and journalism a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. CFRE strongly preferred.
